Wesley

It's been a while. Well, a lot has changed once again. I am now happily in love with this American guy named Wesley. Haha. Aaaahh.. Couldn't be happier. :) I'm actually on a 3-day vacation with him right now in Gatlinburg, TN (Watch out for pics in Multiply! :) ). Vacations are always good. Wesley and I are both so workaholic and its great to take a break from all the stress work gives you. :) Too bad its our last day together but we already made the most out of our trip. Tomorrow I think will be spent on Dollywood, its a famous amusement park here. I've been there once with Kendra, Aaron, Phil and Sandra. It's better than Disney land as you don't have to wait for an hour just to get on every ride. Haha. Can't wait. :)

I love this gorgeous little thing sleeping beside me. As I said, I couldn't be more happier. :)

Fresh

It's a new day for me. Well, it's pretty redundant as I had several "new days" in the past. Haha. But I'm trying my best to make this the last ok? Haha. I don't even know if you understand what I'm saying here but what the heck.

I heard people talk about "Break-up seasons" and this is the first time that I've actually experienced it. I just found out a few minutes ago that my cousin and her boyfriend of almost 9 years broke up. I was and still am shocked by this news. We all actually thought that they're going to get married soon. Tsk tsk, too bad my cousin said she's not happy anymore. Another break-up I found out was my bestfriend's with his boyfriend for over a year. Well I actually knew this before but I thought it was just an ordinary fight-coll-off thing. It turned out it's final this time. My bestfriend's situation is kinda similar to my break-up story. We constantly strive to break these bad habits, resist temptations and try not to fall for the devil's bait once again. Again, it's a constant approach and we may or may not be trapped with them again.

Hmmm..

Hmm.. I want to post something but I seem to run out of words. Gusto ko magpost pero medyo wala ako sa mood. Labo. Hmm.. let's see. Naaalala ko ngayon is nung nagchat kami ni erick nung isang araw and I got pissed cause he kept on askin me what was Arriane's secret. Eh nabanggit ko lang naman na may secret si Arriane cause he asked me ano ginawa ko nung isang night sabi ko nagheart to heart talk lang kami ni Arriane. Ayun tapos tinanong niya kung about what. Sabi ko secret. Haha. Dun ako nagkamali. I know the feeling that you want to know what the secret is. Eh kasi naman nagpromise ako kay Arriane na hindi ko sasabihin kay Erick kaya hindi ko talaga sinabi. He acted like a kid saying stuffs like "Nagtatago ka na ngayon sakin." and "Bahala ka, hindi ako magtytype hangga't di mo sinasabi." And I was changing the topic but hindi ako pinapansin so I got pissed off eventually and sinabi ko "Matulog ka na nga late na.". Then the sweetest thing happened. :D I heard something ringing and I wondered what that was. It was him calling me up sa messenger. So I answered. I heard Earth, Wind, and Fire singing Reasons on the background. Hahaha. Hindi pa yun. Erick was singing also. He's such a sweetheart. That song is kinda special to us cause we always sing that in parking lots sa malls, as in sumisigaw. Hahaha! Kaya yun, song daw niya sakin. After ng Reasons ayun nagconcert na, kumanta na ng iba pa daw niyang songs sakin. Hehe.. Tapos ok na kami. :)

Hmm.. miss ko na yun. Medyo hindi nagkakasabay sked namin ngayon eh. Haaay..

Naalala ko lang, a while ago sabi ni Dr. Omar (prof namin ni Arriane sa Anatomy 2> oo we're in the same class), "What's the name of the girl in 50 First Dates? BARRY DREWMORE?" Hahaha. That cracked me up! :D

Kelli, our stepsister na nasa Air Force, is inviting us to spend our Spring Break in Colorado. Party til we drop daw kami. Haha. Yeah we might go there for Spring Break. We have to pay for our own plane tickets though. Hay nako, sana sa Cali na lang. Hahaha! At least sa Cali mainit eh super lamig sa Colorado eh. Pft.

Florida

We just reached here in Tito Paul's (my stepdad's brother) house here in Florida. OH MY. It is so pretty here I swear I'm going to live here one day. The weather is oh-so-perfect! Grabe at this moment nagsnosnow sa Virginia back home pero dito... close to Philippines' climate. Ang saraaap.. :D Haha. Sobrang nagsawa na ko sa two layers of long sleeves, sarap magspag strap and flipflops again. :D Ganda pa ng house nila dito, backyard nila golf course na may lake. Medyo scary nga lang kasi may crocodiles daw dun sa lake. Yikes! Hahaha. Tsaka Arriane and I were trying to go sa backyard to take pictures pero nakakatakot naman kasi on our way yung dating nung golf balls. Haha. I think we're going to the mall later. Yay. Pero kami lang yata nila ma kasi sila Tito Paul, Tito Pat and their mom naglalaro ng Poker. Haha. Yung mom kasi nila addict daw sa sugal. As in to the point na binenta niya bahay niya dati to buy a small place in Vegas. Haha. Kaya expected na na magsusugal lang siya the whole stay dito. :D


Christmas eve na bukas! Wala pa ko gift kay ma and Arriane. I have to buy gifts later. :D Merry Christmas again ya'll!


We're having baked ribs for lunch and I heard Tita Ut's (which is a Filipina by the way) is the best. Yumm.. Ay Arriane just told me she really likes PJ, Tito Paul and Tita Ut's 13-year old son. Hahaha. Sabi ba naman.. "5 years.. Pwede pa!!!" Hahaha. Kasi ganda talaga kaya ng mix ng American and Filipino.

Today's Arriane's birthday. 18th birthday that is. We didn't celebrate like what we used to back home. In the morning, we went to Mr. Clark's (a regular customer at Chinatown) home to wrap his Christmas gifts. He treated us at Shoney's for lunch. We cam back to wrap more gifts afterwards then he dropped us off to Chinatown at 4 pm. He actually overpayed us. Ugh. He's really nice to us. :) Ling, Arriane and I had a fest, not just a dinner but a fest, at J. Milton. Haha! We always have fun dining out. When the three of us meet.. Boom.. we just talk and talk, laugh and laugh and take pictures and take pictures. Hahaha. Yep, a million pictures. Hahaha! Back to Milton, after an hour and a half Joe (Arriane's unofficial boyfriend - whatever that is) came then after 5 minutes Mom came. Then we talked, laughed and took more pictures then we went home. :D I came home with mom, Ling went home by herself, and Arriane went to Joe's home with Joe. Haha.

Today's a day full of gift-wrapping. I think tomorrow we'll buy more Christmas gifts. That's more gift-wrapping for me. Thanks to Arriane's gifted-artistic-talented hands for gift-wrapping. (BIG AHEM) :D hehe..

Anyway, I got straight A's this sem. Yay for me. :D I didn't get that in RM. Haha! It was just crazily hard studying in that school. Well, its okay because I learned a lot too. :) Talking about RM I remembered my friends back there. :D I miss you all!!!

Oh, in 11 days we're off to Florida. Yay! Florida (i.e. beaches and bigger malls) here we come! Hahaha. I have to bake more pastries for families and friends now. Advanced Merry Christmas! :D

An update at last :D

It's been a while.. :D Well well well. I was busy because of school and work. Tapos nadagdagan pa ko ng second job last week sa hospital. Well ang problema lang naman is yung time management. Kasi madali lang naman school dito but they require you to do a lot of things tapos sabayan pa ng finals. Grabe I can't believe it matatapos na tong sem na to. It's so fast! 3 months and 3 weeks. Haha. Tapos lagyan mo pa ng sangkatutak na breaks (like Thanksgiving break) and no classes. Hehe.. Hmm.. naenjoy ko naman ang mga nakalipas na araw kahit papano. Ay! Since my last post nga pala.. I now have my Fifi (my laptop, FYI)! :D Fifi kasi FE series siya ng Sony. Haha. Walang kokontra! Hahaha! We also had our first snow encounter today. Yeah it's pretty alright but the weather freezes me to death. Haha! But hey, I still like the snow.


I'm in school right now and as usual we're waiting for mom kasi may work siya today and around 2:30 pa break niya. Yeah I know I should be driving already! Everyone's been telling me that but I always tell them the one thing that's holding me back on taking the driver's test.. PARALLEL PARKING. Hahaha! I swear I don't want to fail the test so I have to learn how to master that first. Erick taught me that months ago and I did get it but I have to practice again cause as I said, I don't want to screw up the driving test. Tapos problem pa pala no one has the time, courage and skill to teach me. Haha! So ayun.. si kawawang nanay namin na naging driver na. Haha. Okay, I'll take the test anytime soon nakokonsensya naman ako.


Arriane and I enjoy dining out around the city lalo na pag inaantay namin si ma from work. We tried out J. Milton the other day. I know you can see that place everywhere in the US but hey, it hasn't been a long time since we came here. Haha. Anyway, I find it weird that their rice is submerged in water. As in sa buffet bar nila andun yung rice nakalubog sa tubig. Eww.. Ano yun lugaw? Hahaha. But anyway ako nagbar tapos si Arriane umorder.


Arriane: Gusto ko ng gulay. Kinakain ba to? (Points at the leaf that's at the corner of her plate)
Kristal: Ewan. Sige! Lettuce yata yan!
Arriane chewed on the leaf.
After 3 seconds.. she spitted it out.
Kristal: Oh bakit?
Arriane: Kadiri! Lasang dahon!
Kristal: Sige kainin mo!
Arriane: Sige ikaw! Isipin mo parang kumakain ka ng African Violets!


Hahahaha! I find that really funny.. Then afterwards nakita namin that that same kind of plant was all over the salad bar as a decoration. Haha.


Anyway, it's Ling ling's birthday today and we're going to treat her somewhere. Haha! Can't wait to meet up with her. I'll post pictures later. :P
